Galaxy S23 FE — 403 ppi, 480 dpi (xxhdpi)
The Galaxy S23 FE pairs a 1080×2340 panel with a larger 6.4-inch diagonal, so its pixel density is lower than the regular S23 despite the identical resolution. It is a good demonstration that resolution alone tells you nothing about sharpness.

Density on the Galaxy S23 FE
The ppi is lower, but not low enough to drop out of xxhdpi, so the scale factor stays at 3×. Android rounds to the nearest bucket on purpose: a continuum of scale factors would make every drawable need a bespoke export.
What layout it actually gets
The dp box is essentially the same as the S23, because the physical width and the bucket match. Two devices that look different in a spec table can have identical logical layouts.
Practical notes
The lower ppi means small text will look softer here than on the S23. If your design relies on hairline 1 px borders or very small type, check it on an FE-class panel before shipping.
