Galaxy S24 Ultra — 505 ppi, 480 dpi (xxhdpi)
The Galaxy S24 Ultra runs a 1440×3120 panel over 6.8 inches, which puts it firmly in the xxhdpi bucket with one of the highest pixel counts on any phone. Samsung ships it with a default density that can be lower than the panel's native ppi to keep text readable on such a large screen.

Density on the Galaxy S24 Ultra
At the native ppi the scale factor is 3×, so a dp is three physical pixels. Note the gap between the panel's physical ppi and the density the software actually reports — on large Samsung panels the two are intentionally not identical.
What layout it actually gets
Dividing by 3 gives a logical width in the 450 dp range, wider than most phones, which is why the Ultra can show more columns of content. Samsung's One UI uses that extra width rather than just scaling everything up.
Practical notes
If you are changing density on an Ultra with wm density, stay near 450–560. Values far below that will make the S Pen targets hard to hit, and values far above will force Samsung's own apps into layouts they were not designed for.
