Xiaomi 14 — 460 ppi, 480 dpi (xxhdpi)
The Xiaomi 14 uses a 1200×2670 panel at 6.36 inches, a resolution that sits just below the 1440p flagships but above the 1080p mainstream. Xiaomi's MIUI and HyperOS layer their own density defaults on top, which is why the reported dpi can differ from the panel's ppi.

Density on the Xiaomi 14
The scale factor resolves to 3×, so drawables come from xxhdpi. MIUI's per-app density override is a real thing: the same phone can report different densities to different apps, so a layout bug that only appears on Xiaomi is often this mechanism rather than your code.
What layout it actually gets
The logical width is roughly 400 dp at default settings. HyperOS lets users shift the display size, which moves that number by tens of dp in either direction.
Practical notes
If you are debugging Chinese-market Android devices, check for per-app density overrides before assuming a rendering bug. The setting lives in developer options and is easy for a tester to have toggled on.
